2. General information on processing

We process personal data only as necessary to provide this website, handle enquiries and fulfil legal obligations. Unless stated otherwise, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR.

3. Website provision and hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the website, technically necessary data may be processed, including your IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser information and server log data.

Processing takes place to provide, secure and maintain the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact form and contact by e-mail

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The form collects salutation, first and last name, e-mail address, optional company and telephone number, subject and message.

For pre-contractual enquiries, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise, it is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Form data is processed through our n8n web service and stored in our NocoDB CRM. Both services run on a Hostinger VPS in Boston, USA. Personal data may therefore be transferred to a third country; appropriate safeguards required under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR are used for such transfers.

To prepare a personalised acknowledgement, the content of your enquiry may be transmitted through OpenRouter to a language-model provider and processed there. This processing is used solely to generate the acknowledgement. No automated decision-making with legal effect takes place.

We delete enquiries once they are no longer required to handle the enquiry and possible follow-up questions, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests require a longer retention period.

5. Storage of language preference

The website stores your selected language preference locally in your browser so that the preferred language can be displayed on a later visit. This information is not used for advertising or analytics.

6. Recipients and processors

Recipients of personal data may include ALL-INKL.COM as website-hosting provider, Hostinger for the contact-form and CRM stack, the n8n and NocoDB services operated by us, and OpenRouter and the language-model provider used in each case, where necessary to handle enquiries. Where service providers process data on our behalf, we use them under a data-processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR where required.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
